Federal Court upholds Court of Appeal ruling

PUTRAJAYA, Feb 9 — The Federal Court today found that the Court of Appeal was justified to reverse the High Court decision declaring Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin the rightful mentri besar of Perak.
